PROJECT MANAGER I
General construction; review conformance with architectural designs & project specifications; conduct weekly cost reviews; modify project schedules & needed; coordinate labor & subcontractors at the site; create & manage project documentation; assist in the communication & coordination among property owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; prepare cost estimates for changes in the project; review job sites for compliance with OSHA regulations & prepare reports with recommendations for corrective action. All reports and documentation are subject to review and adjustment. A successful candidate will have a bachelors’ degree in construction management (with appropriate degree equivalency evaluation report based on study or experience)1 year experience in general construction including cost estimation, safety procedure review and implementation, cost estimation for labor supplies and miscellaneous expenses, contract negotiation, review of design errors and quality inspections. 40 hrs/wk; 8a-5p; Applicants should submit resumes to: Robert E.
